User submission agreement

By submitting any content (including but not limited to audio recordings, written stories, emails, voicemails, photographs, or videos) to Disgruntled Network, LLC, you agree to the following:

1. You grant Disgruntled Network, LLC and its affiliates a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit, modify, adapt, publish, broadcast, distribute, perform, and display the submitted content, in whole or in part, in any and all media formats now known or hereafter developed—including but not limited to podcasts, television, radio, streaming platforms, social media, websites, books, and promotional materials.
2. You acknowledge that your submission may be used for commercial purposes and that you will not be entitled to any compensation, credit, or approval rights, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. You affirm that the content you are submitting is your own original work or that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit it. You agree not to submit any content that infringes on the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others.
4. You understand and agree that Disgruntled Network, LLC has no obligation to use, publish, or return any submitted content.

By submitting content, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
